Digilock Aspire RFID Lock Specification
Digilock Aspire RFID locks provide contactless electronic access for
compatible lockers, cabinets and personal-storage compartments. The range
includes shared-use and assigned-use operation, deadbolt and deadlatch
configurations, handle options and black or silver finishes.
Select the required body type, handle, locking arrangement, operating mode
and finish using the product selector above. Locker-door and RFID credential
compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.

The correct locking type depends on the door construction, closing action
and strike arrangement. Do not select a replacement electronic lock from
appearance alone.
Aspire RFID and Keypad Lock Comparison
Checking Locker and Cabinet Compatibility
Before ordering an Aspire RFID lock, check the locker or cabinet door
material, door thickness, lock cut-out, fixing-hole positions, strike
location and the space available behind the door.
Locks that appear similar may require different door preparation. Where the
correct body or locking configuration is uncertain, provide clear
photographs and measurements so the required product can be identified.
Existing access cards, tags or other site credentials should not be assumed
to work with the lock. Confirm RFID credential compatibility before
ordering.

Digilock Aspire RFID Lock FAQs
What is a Digilock Aspire RFID lock?
A Digilock Aspire RFID lock is an electronic lock for compatible
lockers, cabinets and storage compartments. It is opened using a
compatible contactless RFID credential rather than a conventional key
or manually entered PIN.
What is the difference between shared-use and assigned-use RFID locks?
Shared-use RFID locks are intended for compartments used by different
people over time. Assigned-use locks are intended for lockers or
cabinets allocated to regular users with authorised RFID credentials.
Are deadbolt and deadlatch Aspire RFID locks available?
Yes. Aspire RFID locks are available with deadbolt or deadlatch locking.
The correct option depends on the locker door, closing action, strike
arrangement and available internal clearance.
What finishes are available?
Digilock Aspire RFID locks are available in black or silver. Select the
required finish using the product options above.
Are handle and non-handle versions available?
Yes. Handle and non-handle configurations are available. The correct
option depends on the locker or cabinet design, door preparation and
selected locking configuration.
Can an Aspire RFID lock replace an existing locker lock?
It may be possible, but compatibility must be checked before ordering.
Compare the door thickness, cut-out, fixing points, strike position and
internal clearance with the selected Aspire lock.
Are Aspire RFID locks suitable for metal lockers?
Aspire RFID locks can be suitable for compatible metal lockers and
cabinets. Suitability depends on the door thickness, cut-out, fixing
arrangement, strike position and selected lock body.
Will existing RFID cards work with an Aspire lock?
Existing cards should not be assumed to be compatible. The RFID
technology and credential format must match the selected Aspire lock.
Confirm compatibility before ordering or attempting to reuse existing
site credentials.
What is the difference between Aspire RFID and Aspire keypad locks?
Aspire RFID locks use a compatible contactless credential. Aspire
keypad locks are operated by entering a PIN code. Compare the

The approximate lead time is 15 Days.
Delivery to Mainland UK only, without any restrictions.
Our delivery times are; Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
We will deliver using the most economical method, using either our own vehicles or a carrier.
Goods may be palletised and delivered on an articulated vehicle.
The deliveries are kerb side only, you will need to arrange to unload the vehicle.
If there are any delivery restrictions / specific dates / times / dedicated deliveries, or FORS Registered deliveries; please contact the sales department as there may be an additional cost.
