Digilock Aspire RFID Locker Locks
Digilock Aspire RFID locks give authorised users contactless access to compatible lockers and cabinets using an RFID card, fob or other supported credential. The range is suited to workplaces, education, leisure and staff-storage applications where key management needs to be controlled centrally.
Choose the correct body style, handle, locking mechanism and management level using the product selector. The available products include Standard and Vertical bodies, handle and non-handle versions, deadbolt or deadlatch mechanisms, and Basic or Advanced management. Black and silver finishes are chosen separately.
Basic or Advanced Management?
Basic uses electronic management keys for programming and authorised override. It suits installations needing straightforward access administration without a tablet-based audit workflow.
Advanced adds compatible tablet and data-key management for more extensive user administration, activity auditing and battery-level information. The Advanced lock alone does not mean the tablet, data key or other management accessories are included. Confirm the required management equipment when ordering.
Deadbolt or Deadlatch?
The motorised deadbolt can be configured for shared day use or assigned use. The deadlatch is designed for assigned use and secures when the compatible door closes. These mechanisms suit different door and strike arrangements, so they should not be substituted without checking fit.
RFID Compatibility and Power
Aspire RFID operates with supported 13.56 MHz RFID credentials. Standards include ISO 14443A, ISO 14443B and ISO 15693, but the frequency alone does not guarantee compatibility with an existing staff or membership card. Test the exact credentials before a bulk order.
Published Aspire RFID models use four AA batteries and have IP55-rated protection. Digilock estimates approximately 3–4 years of battery life for its specified 6G Basic/Advanced models under typical conditions; actual life varies by use and batteries.

Management accessories: Do not assume that programming keys, an Advanced tablet or data key are supplied with an individual lock. Check the complete system requirements for your site. Networked DigiLink administration is a separate management option and is not automatically included with a Basic or Advanced listing.

What is the difference between Aspire RFID Basic and Advanced?
Basic management uses electronic keys for authorised access and administration. Advanced adds compatible tablet and data-key management for expanded user administration, activity audits and battery reporting. Confirm which accessories must be purchased separately.
What does 'modifiers' mean in the product selector?
On this listing, 'modifiers' is the internal selector name for the management level. Choose Basic or Advanced to match the site's management requirements. It does not refer to the black or silver finish.
Can Aspire RFID deadbolt locks operate in shared or assigned use?
Yes. Compatible Aspire RFID deadbolt models can be configured for shared day use or assigned use. Establish the locker allocation and access policy before programming the system.
Can Aspire RFID deadlatch locks be used for shared day-use lockers?
The manufacturer's deadlatch configuration is specified for assigned use. Choose the compatible deadbolt version when shared-use operation is required.
Will my existing staff RFID cards work with Aspire RFID?
Not automatically. Aspire RFID supports a range of 13.56 MHz credentials and RFID standards, but compatibility also depends on the card technology and system configuration. Test the actual cards or fobs before ordering multiple locks.

What is the difference between Standard and Vertical bodies?
They are different front-unit formats with different mounting requirements. Compare the manufacturer drawings against the door cut-out, fixing holes and available surface area rather than assuming they can be interchanged.
Do I need the handle version?
Select the handle version if the locker door requires a pull handle. The correct choice depends on the door construction and existing fittings, not the RFID credential or management level.
Are black and silver finishes available?

Does Aspire RFID require a mobile app or network subscription?
Basic management uses compatible electronic keys and does not require network access. Advanced administration uses compatible tablet and data-key equipment. Digilock also offers separate networked management options; these should not be assumed to be included with a listed lock.
How do I check whether Aspire RFID will fit an existing locker?

Standard delivery is available to mainland UK addresses, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Deliveries are kerbside only. Products may be delivered by a third-party pallet or specialist carrier using a suitable commercial vehicle.
The customer is responsible for providing suitable personnel and equipment to unload the delivery safely.
