Lowe & Fletcher 2786 and 2788 coin-operated locker locks provide straightforward self-service access for leisure, education, workplace and public-storage installations.
The range includes a standard model for dry indoor locations and a specialist wet-area model for changing rooms and facilities exposed to moisture or chlorinated atmospheres. Locks can be configured around either a refundable-deposit system or a paid-use locker policy.

Choosing Between the 2786 and 2788 Coin Locks
Select the model according to the actual locker environment. The presence of humidity, splashing, cleaning chemicals or a chlorinated atmosphere should be considered before specifying the lock.

Selecting a wet-area lock does not make the complete locker waterproof. The locker body, door, fixings, keys and associated fittings must also be appropriate for the environment.

What coin sizes can the 2786 and 2788 accept?
The coin mechanism can be configured for a customer-selected coin or token measuring between 20 mm and 30 mm in diameter, with a maximum thickness of 3.2 mm. The exact coin or token must be confirmed when ordering.
Are left-hand and right-hand locks available?
Yes. Both the 2786 dry-area lock and the 2788 wet-area lock are available in handed versions. The correct version must match the locker door and locking direction.
Do both models have a removable cylinder?
The 2788 has a removable cylinder as standard. The 2786 family includes removable-barrel and non-removable-barrel variants, so the complete product code must be checked before ordering replacement components.
Which key systems are used?
Current 2786 variants use either the 66–68 M or 95–97 M key series, depending on the product code. The 2788 uses the AA12 key series and is mastered as standard.
Is a coin tray supplied with the lock?
Yes. A coin tray is supplied as standard. A lockable coin-retain box is available on request where collected coins need to be stored securely.
Is the 2788 coin lock waterproof?
The 2788 is fully wet-area tested and suitable for wet and chlorinated atmospheres. This does not make the complete locker waterproof, and the locker door, body, fixings and accessories must also suit the installation environment.

We will deliver using the most economical method, using either our own vehicles or a carrier.
Goods may be palletised and delivered on an articulated vehicle.
The deliveries are kerb side only, you will need to arrange to unload the vehicle.
