Key Vault Padlock Cabinet for Managed Padlocks
The Key Vault padlock cabinet is a reinforced storage cabinet for sites that need to control groups of padlocks rather than ordinary loose keys. It is suitable for maintenance teams, lockout control, facilities departments, estates teams and managed sites where padlocks must be stored, issued and returned in an organised way.
This page is focused on the 50 and 100 padlock Key Vault models. For standard key hooks, everyday key storage, budget cabinets and wider capacity comparison, use the standard key cabinet range.
Storage for 50 or 100 Padlocks
The cabinet is designed with longer, double-spaced and staggered hooks to hold padlocks more effectively than a normal key cabinet. The deeper layout gives more clearance for padlock bodies, tags, security seals and larger bunches of keys where required.
- Models available for 50 or 100 padlocks
- Longer hooks for padlocks and bulky key bunches
- Double-spaced and staggered hook layout
- Colour-coded and numbered hook bars
- Closed loops for optional security seals
- Suitable for padlock issue points, lockout stations and facilities stores
Heavy-Duty Padlock Storage
Key Vault padlock cabinets are built for stronger mechanical storage than a basic wall cabinet. The reinforced cabinet body and flush-closing door help resist forced entry, while the Euro cylinder deadlock gives a practical locking method for controlled commercial use.
- 2.5mm fabricated steel cabinet construction
- Flush-closing door to help resist forced entry
- Standard security Euro cylinder deadlock
- Option to use your own cylinder for an existing suited system
- Combination and electronic locking options available where specified
- Durable light grey finish for commercial environments

- Facilities management padlock control
- Maintenance and plant-room padlock issue
- Lockout padlock storage points
- Schools, colleges, depots and public-sector sites
