Traka21 Stand-Alone Electronic Key Management
The Traka21 electronic key management system is a stand-alone key control cabinet for organisations that need to issue, return and audit up to 21 keys or keysets. It is suited to smaller sites that need controlled access without a networked key management installation.

Controlled Access for 21 Keys or Keysets
Each key position is managed using RFID iFobs and locking receptors. Authorised users access assigned keys by PIN, while the system records who took each key and when it was returned. This helps reduce lost keys, improve accountability and protect access to vehicles, rooms, plant areas, restricted cupboards and site equipment.

Where Traka21 Is Used

It is useful where a standard locked key cabinet does not provide enough accountability, but a larger networked key management system would be more than the site requires.

Traka21 manages up to 21 keys or keysets. Each key position uses an RFID iFob and locking receptor so keys can be individually controlled and audited.
Does Traka21 need a network connection?
No. Traka21 is a stand-alone plug and play system. It does not require a network connection or a dedicated PC for normal use.
Can Traka21 show who removed a key?
Yes. Traka21 records key transactions, allowing authorised staff to review access activity and export reports by USB.

Delivery Information
The approximate lead time is 20 Working Days.
Delivery to Mainland UK only, without any restrictions.
Our delivery times are; Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
We will deliver using the most economical method, using either our own vehicles or a carrier.
Goods may be palletised and delivered on an articulated vehicle.
The deliveries are kerb side only, you will need to arrange to unload the vehicle.
If there are any delivery restrictions / specific dates / times / dedicated deliveries, or FORS Registered deliveries; please contact the sales department as there may be an additional cost.
