Master Lock 4401 Bluetooth Outdoor Padlocks
The Master Lock 4401 long-shackle Bluetooth padlock provides keyless access for compatible gates, outdoor storage, compounds and equipment. An authorised user can unlock it with a compatible smartphone within Bluetooth range, or use an authorised directional keypad code.
Choose Vault Home or Vault Enterprise
Vault Home is intended for personal and smaller-scale access management. Vault Enterprise supports organisational administration across users, locks and locations. Select the correct application in the product selector before adding the padlock to your basket; the two versions have different account-management arrangements.

Can I open the padlock without my phone?
Yes. An authorised directional keypad code provides an alternative to smartphone unlocking.
Does the padlock unlock remotely over the internet?
Smartphone unlocking normally requires the user to be within Bluetooth range. Management of permissions is separate from physically opening the padlock.
What is the difference between Vault Home and Vault Enterprise?
Vault Home is intended for personal or small-scale management. Vault Enterprise supports organisational management of multiple locks, users and sites. Choose the application appropriate to your account.
What happens if the internal battery is flat?
The padlock has external contacts for temporary power from a 9 V battery, allowing authorised access so the internal CR2 battery can be replaced.
Will the 4401 fit my outdoor hasp?
The fitting must accommodate the 9 mm shackle and its 51 mm vertical and 23 mm horizontal clearance. Measure the fitting before ordering.

Standard delivery is available to mainland UK addresses, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Deliveries are kerbside only. Products may be delivered by a third-party pallet or specialist carrier using a suitable commercial vehicle.
The customer is responsible for providing suitable personnel and equipment to unload the delivery safely.
