Workplaces run better when physical systems are clear. Staff need to know where things belong, which key fits which lock, which cupboard stores which items and which assets belong to which department. When identification is unclear, time is lost. Mistakes happen more easily. Storage becomes harder to manage. Small inefficiencies then build into wider problems across the site.
