ASSA classic lock
ASSA has now released an ASSA classic coin lock that will work with both the new and old £1 coin. The locks are available to order as of 28/04/2106
Ojmar Euro locks
Both wet and dry specification Ojmar Euro coin locks are now in stock that will work with both the new and old £1 coin at the same time. they are available for immediate dispatch.

Current lock situation
Ojmar coin return locks
There are two types of lock, a fixed mechanism lock which is not 2017 complaint and an adjustable coin lock which is 2017 compliant. The adjustable lock has a lever in a slot to the right of the coin slot. The non-adjustable locks will need to be changed to accept the new coins.
ASSA classic coin locks
This lock is not currently compliant with the new £1 coin, there is likely to be a conversion kit before the coin is released.
Lowe and Fletcher classic locks
Currently, there are no plans for a conversion kit, though that may change nearer the release date.
Safe O Mat
Currently, there are no plans for a conversion kit, though that may change nearer the release date.
Ison coin operated locks
This lock is not currently compliant with the new £1 coin, there is likely to be a conversion kit before the coin is released.
Ronis coin operated locks
This lock is not currently compliant with the new £1 coin, there is likely to be a conversion kit before the coin is released.
