The standard single-column steel mesh locker range is approximately 1,947 mm high (including 150 mm legs) and 305 mm wide, with depths of 305 mm or 457 mm. These dimensions are indicative, not universal: emergency-services lockers and wider multi-compartment units can differ. Steel Mesh Construction, Finishes and Locker Locks
Standard wire mesh lockers use welded steel mesh with a bright zinc-plated finish. Powder-coated or other protective finishes may be available for particular installations. Many standard models have a hasp fitting for a separate locker padlock; three-point locking and other locking arrangements are model-dependent. Check the product specification rather than assuming a lock is supplied.
The open mesh panels allow air to circulate and make stored items visible without opening each door. However, wire mesh storage lockers do not actively dry wet PPE and do not conceal valuables.
