Our Ojmar coin locks are designed for locker installations requiring coin-operated access, with options for dry-area and wet-area environments. The range includes standard and security key systems together with fixed or adjustable coin configurations.

Wet-Area and Dry-Area Ojmar Coin Locks

Ojmar coin locks are available in different specifications to suit the locker environment. Dry-area versions use the Ojmar V Series key system, while wet-area locks are available with either a standard key or a higher-security perforated key.

Ojmar security keys use distinctive V-shaped dimples, sometimes described as perforated security keys. This provides a clear distinction between the standard and security locking options.

Coin Return and Coin Collect Options

The range includes coin-operated configurations for different locker management requirements. Depending on the selected lock, the mechanism can be configured for coin return or coin collection.

Coin denomination is also selectable, with options on this page including £1, 50p and 20p.

Adjustable Ojmar Coin Locks

Adjustable versions provide additional flexibility where the accepted coin denomination may need to change in the future. Ojmar's adjustment system allows the coin setting to be changed without dismantling the lock or removing the complete lock from the locker.

Changing the coin denomination requires the appropriate adjustment template and a screwdriver. A replacement denomination decal may also be required when the displayed coin value changes.

Removable Cylinders and Replacement Keys

Ojmar coin locks use removable lock cylinders, making the key system easier to service without replacing the complete coin lock. Cylinders are supplied with 2 keys.

The key number is engraved on the cylinder, helping identify the correct replacement key when additional or replacement keys are required.

Coin Lock Maintenance and Servicing

The lock incorporates a manual coin-release facility that can assist when a coin becomes jammed. Periodic lubrication of the lock and cylinder can also help maintain smooth operation during regular use.

Choosing the Correct Ojmar Coin Lock

Before ordering, check the required environment, coin operation, key type and lock configuration. Both left-hand and right-hand versions exist within the Ojmar range, although the products stocked on this page are right-hand locks.
