Digilock Cue RFID Locker Locks

Digilock Cue RFID locker locks provide keyless electronic access using compatible RFID cards, wristbands, key fobs or stickers. The user presents their credential to the reader, removing the need to remember a keypad code or carry a conventional locker key during normal operation.

Cue RFID locks are suitable for staff lockers, school and university storage, gyms, leisure centres, changing rooms and other facilities that require convenient credential-based access. They can be configured for temporary shared use or allocated assigned use, depending on the selected locking mechanism.

How Cue RFID Locker Locks Work

A user operates the lock by presenting an authorised RFID credential to the reader. The operating process depends on whether the lock is configured for shared use or assigned use.

RFID Credentials

Cue locks can be operated with compatible RFID credentials supplied in formats suitable for different environments. Cards and key fobs are useful for staff or student access, while wristbands are commonly used in gyms, swimming pools and leisure facilities.

Credential compatibility should be confirmed before ordering, particularly where an organisation wants to use existing staff cards, membership cards or access-control credentials.

Electronic Lock Management

Cue RFID locks require suitable Digilock programming and management credentials during initial setup. A Programming Key and at least one Manager Key or Manager RFID Credential are required to prepare the locks for operation.

Authorised management credentials can provide override access, support inspections and supply temporary external power if the internal batteries no longer have sufficient charge. Digilock electronic-key management can also provide audit capability for supported configurations.

Programming and management credentials should be kept securely and made available only to authorised personnel.

Optional Mobile Access

Compatible Cue RFID locks can be supplied with Digilock Mobile Access. These versions include Bluetooth Low Energy functionality and can be operated using an approved mobile credential through the Digilock app.

Mobile access is not included with every Cue RFID model. Confirm that the selected lock supports Digilock Mobile Access before ordering where smartphone operation is required.

Our delivery times are; Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

We will deliver using the most economical method, using either our own vehicles or a carrier.

Goods may be palletised and delivered on an articulated vehicle.

The deliveries are kerb side only, you will need to arrange to unload the vehicle.
